A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').

I am trying to enter to my benefits/perks through the laptop and app and neither of them work as it is showing this issue.

The issue has not resolved. I'm not sure why a direct message is necessary since multiple people are reporting the exact same issue.

@Cailindubh22, you’re absolutely right, and I appreciate you pointing that out. Since this is a known issue affecting multiple customers, there isn’t a need to move the conversation to private messaging at this time. We are aware of the issue with the membership site and are working toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience while this is being addressed.

I have been talking through X with Customer Service and so far the issue is still unresolved.

Waiting for more info from their side as my cellphone and laptop are working fine and this is a Xfinity issue.

Is anyone beginning to think that it's maybe only affecting those of us that take advantage of our weekly benefits? How can it be an issue entirely with the Xfinity web site when clearly so many others were able to access the benefits page in order to make the gift card and movie no longer available. Is this a kind of "back off" to give others a chance to claim the benefits? Whatever it is, I'm very confused why it hasn't been remedied yet. It's been FIVE days now.

And yes Xfinity, I know, send a direct message. I've done that and never received a response.
