A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields').

I am trying to enter to my benefits/perks through the laptop and app and neither of them work as it is showing this issue.

I have been talking through X with Customer Service and so far the issue is still unresolved.

Waiting for more info from their side as my cellphone and laptop are working fine and this is a Xfinity issue.

user_5501260 I'm sorry it's still ongoing. I know you are working with our peers through X, but my team can help out as well. Would you please send us a direct message with your name, service address, and username or email address you use to access your Xfinity account please?
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.

Is anyone beginning to think that it's maybe only affecting those of us that take advantage of our weekly benefits? How can it be an issue entirely with the Xfinity web site when clearly so many others were able to access the benefits page in order to make the gift card and movie no longer available. Is this a kind of "back off" to give others a chance to claim the benefits? Whatever it is, I'm very confused why it hasn't been remedied yet. It's been FIVE days now.

And yes Xfinity, I know, send a direct message. I've done that and never received a response.

user_9uo49y I'm sorry you're still experiencing this error and missed the opportunity to claim the movie reward. We'd like to take a closer look and see what's causing the issue. I see we responded via Direct Message yesterday, but let's give it another try. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address using the steps below. Once received, we'll review the account, gather details about the error, and determine whether further escalation is needed.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

For an example of how to send us a Direct Message, check out this link.
