Hi @EtheP, In order to provide your account with an extra layer of security, we only provide access to Multi-Factor Authentication methods using the Xfinity Authenticator App. This is to provide your account with extra security and to other third-party providers to your information. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback in regards to wanting to use other third-party services.

There is no way only allowing your app for MFA is to provide more security, it’s to control more of your data and suck them into their terrible ecosystem, if you truly cared about customer satisfaction and their security you would allow 3rd party apps to be used as having many apps with password data makes it totally insecure!
