xre-06026 error on DVR recording

I get error code xre-06026 when I try to play a recording. When I try to stream it I get error code (Error TVAPP-00381).  The program is Bluegreen Vacations Duel 1 at DAYTONA.  Did a system refresh and synced the DVR and still have the same issue.  Can this be fixed?

Hey there, @Shapoonie

 

By any chance, have either of you attempted to reboot your TV box(es) or modem to see if this restores all of your recordings and settings? This can actually be done manually, please see below for the instructions.

 

Reboot your TV box:

  1. Press the A button on your Voice Remote to open the Help menu.
  2. Select Restart.
  3. Select Restart again to confirm.
  4. Wait a few moments for the system to reboot.

I did a DVR sync and system refresh.  There is only one recording that has this issue, not having issues with other recordings
