XRE-03121/03062

Constant issue of codes XRE-03121/03062.  This has been going on for 3 weeks (actually longer). Tired of the app telling me to unplug my box and check my cables in a constant loop. Sometimes it fixes it, sometimes it doesn’t, but I guarantee I’ll have the same issue again tomorrow. XFINITY I’m tired and on the verge of canceling my service.
