XRE-03121

Hi. I haven't had access to any of my cable channels since yesterday morning. Only local channels. When I try to go to a cable channels, I get this XRE-03121 error. I've refreshed the system several times with no luck. Thank you.

press the A button on your xfinity remote and perform a system refresh. working?
