XRE-03121 error on my boxes since 6/21/2025

impossible to speak to a real person. Impossible to get a ticket open.

Ubedyn I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your boxes. This is not the experience we would like you to have and I'd like to help troubleshoot. Have you tried rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App? Did you check the coaxial connection on both ends to make sure it's tight?

of course i have rebooted my entire network and all boxes. The wireless stb will not work. Maybe place that error code in Einstein and see what it means.
