XRE-03062 XRE-03121 XRE-03097 Error Code Series Then Pixelation Then Black Screen

Have been experiencing this for 7 days since 1/22/2025.  First started as the error code series XRE-03062 XRE-03121 XRE-03097 and could get intermittent TV display with a restart.  Then degraded to pixelate, and the restart recommendation would work occasionally.  Now there is just a black screen with channel number showing across the screen bottom.  The restarts, tightening cables, checking plugs, etc. give no response. Just that black screen for the last two days.   What further action should I take?

Hello and thank you for visiting our forums for help with your TV! Are you still experiencing these errors? 

 

If so, since you have tried the troubleshooting steps we would have tried first, I do recommend you sending us a direct message with your full name, service address and please include if this is on all TVs or only one (if this applies) Is this on all channels? Live and Xfinity OnDemand as well?
