XRE-03046. One Wireless, 3 wired Boxes

I have an XG2 V2P and 4 additional TV/'s with desktop boxes.

I keep getting this message (XRE-03046 or XRE03045)     "to watch live TV, you must first turn off an unsed non-DVR set-top box by pressing its power".

This message has moved from TV to TV as I have done the resets.

I see that others have received this message with wireless boxes and these are all hard wired via cable....this is not wireless...

TIA

@MisterBT Hello and thank you for reaching out over our Xfinity Community Forum. I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these equipment issues with your cable box showing those errors. As a customer myself as well, that would definitely be really frustrating. You have reached the right place, and together we will get to the bottom of this once and for all! To get started, just to clarify, are you seeing this error message on more that one of your cable boxes at the moment? Also, what other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far, if any? We will again definitely get to the bottom of this, and then if needed, we can get the equipment in question replaced. Whatever it takes to get this resolved and get you back on track again!
