XRE-00250
I have had this error message XRE-00250 on my Xfinity cable box for over 48 hours now. For how expensive this service is I am not getting to use it at all. I would like this fixed sometime immediately.

The error code (XRE-00250) seems to be associated with your cable equipment and account specifically. We will need to access your account to go over the details of what is going on and resolve this problem. • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
