XRE-00250 code in one room

How do I fix this? I've been getting the run around all day by bots. My main TV in the living room works just fine, but my wireless box in my office is getting a XRE-00250 error.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_hw85o4! Upon taking a further look, I see that error message can happen when the device has been removed from the account. We will want to make sure the cable box is still on the account. Could you please send us a DM with your full name, full address, and the serial number of that cable box having issues? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
