XRE-00002

5 days  now since I’ve been without tv. I keep getting the same XRE-00002 message. Two techs came and installed  all new equipment and still the same problem. Xfinity stream also not pulling my channels. I was told it’s a nationwide issue. When will this be resolved?

@user_v2q2z9 thank you so much for your patience while you wait. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are working on a resolution. At this time, we do not have an ETA for this resolution.

Good evening @user_t50tin, and thank you for letting us know that you were also experiencing this issue. Are you still experiencing the XRE-00002 error code? Are you experiencing it on all channels or specific channels?
