XRE-00002
Did a system refresh on the 8th to try and resolve missing schedule recordings. Upon restart received XRE-00002 error. Phone support scheduled a tech to visit on the 14th as they decided it was do to wiring problems. I explained my internet was fine so I thought wiring was fine. Took dvr and tv outside and connected directly to the cable coming from the ped. Same error. Went to Xfinity store and picked up a different dvr. After set up was complete received the same error. Phone support verified new dvr had shown up and should be working. Went and got another dvr. Same problem. I don’t think the tech will be able to fix this problem. I think there is a problem with my account. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

If anyone is checking this post because they are having the same problem Comcast says they are working on it. From my understanding it is a nationwide problem.
