XRE-00002 help

I am getting no TV service. Restarting box doesn't help. 

My service is through a bulk customer, RiverWoods Manchester.

I would like to schedule a technician, if there is no other way to address the problem

Hello user_rfzy68 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums! The XRE-00002 is a fairly common error, and is typically resolved by restarting the cable box(unplug for 30 seconds, then plug back in) or by performing an account refresh. This is done by saying "account refresh" into the X1 remote and following the prompts. Is the issue still occuring for you, and have both of these fixes been attempted?
