XRE 03090 message

All of the sudden for the past 2 days the smaller box in our bedroom is having issues with an error message xre 03090. It just randomly Skip's channels and will not have the guide screen come up or anything or just goes blank or freezes. Then says Channel temporarily unavailable , wait while Channel reloads , XRE 03056. Then just switches to some random Channel, All kinds of funky stuff

Greetings, @laplabs! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! I apologize to hear that you're having issues with the cable box in the bedroom. Normally XRE as to do with the way the box is communicating to our backend servers. Do you by chance have any issues with your internet, or does that seem to be working fine?

@XfinityMichaelC no issues with my internet or anything like that. And no problems with the main box in the living room. Then went back to working okay yesterday. Then today back to not working again
