This is literally the worst service ever. My TV box has literally been out since early in the morning and my service still hasn’t been working, it’s nighttime and no resolutions. Been answering the same stupid questions from these “agents”. Chatting through the app is a joke, and they have appointments available DAYS away from you enjoying the overpriced entertainment. Paying over $400 for faulty equipment is so disrespectful and disgusting.
