XRE 00002 error

I have restarted the xi6 a box several times and keep getting the same error. I went in to the Xfinity store and got a new box. Still getting the error after initial setup. When the tech was here initially, a few days ago, the TV worked. But there was a mistake on the original account so a new account was created a couple of days later. The TV hasn't worked since. The Internet works fine. Please help.
