XR15 remote pairing with JVC TV

Hello. As someone who has had trouble with paring before, I can appreciate the need for help. We make it easy to pair, and even have details instructions you can find here. If you have attempted these steps, and the codes did not work, you will want to attempt a factory reset

1. Simultaneously press and hold the A button [triangle] and the D button [diamond] until the status light on the remote changes from red to green. This takes about 5 seconds.
2. Press 9-8-1 on your remote to complete the factory reset. Once this is complete you can retry pairing your XR15 remote.

Once reset the pairing could work. I also found this for other codes to try. 

Thank you for letting me know @user_93f46f, and I am sorry to read you were not able to get this resolved yet. You can try to swap the remote, and see if that helps, but did you try a factory reset, and use the other mentioned codes here? Also, have you attempted to speak with JVC about any known errors? 

I will contact JVC as I believe I have tried everything else including swapping the remote and box.
