XR15 remote issues
XR15 remote navigation buttons are impossible to click. they don't budge unless you are pressing them hard.
Is there a better remote that works with XG2v2-P Set Top box ?

Greetings, @Vaaz! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! I apologize to hear of the experience you were having with the XR15. You might have a better change with the XR11. You should be able to stop into your local Xfinity store and swap them out. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
