XR11 Remote

I've been using the XR11 remote forever with my 4K box. This morning, I had the screen unpair my remote issue. So I did a factory reset and tried to pair, but I couldn't type in the 3 numbers to pair. I pulled out the XR 15 remote paired fine. Did Xfinity phase out the XR11 remote? Will the New XRA remote with 4K box? Can I go to the Xfinity store and get one?

I often run into that problem of being unable to type the three digit code for pairing remotes, including the XR15s.  Power cycling the X1 box usually takes care of that for me.

user_m77y9g The remote may have just gone bad. I don't see any information on us removing the ability for them to work. I can't confirm if the stores in your area have the XRA in stock or not to confirm if you can pick one up. You can always order through the Xfinity app or website though if you would like one shipped to you.

I got the old XR11 to work again. Took me 3 factory resets...
