XiD-P small box not working

I keep getting error RDK-03036 on this box. I have had the box changed out 3 times and a tech come out. They would change a box and it would work for a week. Then change a jumper wire and work for a week. I do not understand what is going on. Model Pace PXD01ANI

Did that 1000 times it seems. I may have solved the issue. I changed the barrel out on the wall plate and it can right up

what is the 'main' hub set top box? (DVR xg1 or XG2 non-DVR). how is the wiring (splitters etc) from input to the home to the XiD and to the hub the XiD is attempting to connect? if there is an amplifier, is there a power LED that is shining on the amplifier? was this always wired as cable TV or was it converted from satellite or other service? (splitters/amps are different).
