XiD-P box not working after last household update
Since last household update on 9/14, the XiD-P box in bedroom is not projecting a picture. I can access the Xfinity Guide, Saved recordings, Apps. Once I click into a program from the guide, the following message appears -
"Sorry, we're having some trouble. A restart for all your TV Boxes can usually resolve many common issues. While the restart is in progress, you will not be able to watch TV and recordings may be interrupted. XRE- 10007."
I restarting numerous times which didn't resolve the issue.
The main X1 box is working fine.
