XiD-P Box - flashing green light - msg re: software not found
I believe I need a new digital box, as the one we have flashes a constant green bar and the screen shows a msg re: software. No channels, nothing else, just an intermittent msg. I have restarted the box, refreshed it on xfi, etc. and nothing works.
How can I get a replacement?

have you been to your local Xfinity store to swap it out? you can also use the diagnosis process on the Xfinity my account app to test/verify and even get a call back or chat via text.
