Xi6 box skips and freezes

Should a replacement box be sent to us or is there a fix? We have two boxes. One on our living room TV and the other on the bedroom TV.

The problem occurs every time the bedroom box is used, until it is unplugged and restarted.

Try resetting both main box and modem

There's no main box, as we just have two Xi6 boxes and the modem only. But we'll try resetting he modem.
