Xi6 box. How can I have firmware updated?

Hi. I have a Crestron Automation system and it will control the Xi6 box. But the firmware on the Xi6 box is not to the version Crestron requires. How can I have box updated? Current firmware is 2p8s3. Crestron drivers require 4.2sxxx.

Box updates are automatic, that update probably doesn’t exist yet for the Xi6

Just a thought mine updated well it said “updating” when I had disconnected it from the wall and was changing locations to a different room. When I plugged it in it updated.  So unplug a minute plug in and see if it cycles?

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
