Xi6 and mb7621

It is possible to set up the Xfinity wireless cable box (xi6) with a Motorola MB7621 docsis 3.0 cable modem? If so, please let me know how. If not, please advice which model I should buy. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us @gregw1! A rented Xfinity Wireless Gateway is needed to set up an Xi6. If you have Flex services, you can use the Flex box with a personal modem.

Thanks. I was able to connect the Xfinity wireless cable box (xi6) with a Motorola MB7621 docsis 3.0 cable modem without a Xfintiy Wireless Gateway or Flex box.
