Xi5-P often pixelated and stops.

My Xfinity cable boxes often lag and pixelate while watching live TV. I have tried resetting the boxes and access points as suggested by the utterly useless support in the app. My internet always shows speedy (most often over a gigabit), settings on the box show good signal strength, and the Xfinity Stream app on multiple Apple TVs in the house works flawlessly, so I believe the problem is entirely due to bad software on the hardware.

Please fix it, especially since data used on the Apple TV Stream app counts against the cap. As im very close to switching providers.

Greetings, @user_krudze! Thanks for reaching out about the Xi5-P boxes pixelating. That does normally indicate a signal issue so I am glad that you looked at the signal strength and reset the equipment in your home. How far away from the modem or access point are the boxes?
