Xi5-P box will no longer pause or rewind

Whenever I try to pause or rewind live tv on my Xi5-P box, I get an error message saying “my device no longer supports this function.” I’ve tried restarting my device as well as a system refresh, but it still will not pause or rewind my live tv.

@XfinityNico thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, after changing my HDMI device control to “off”, I was still unable to pause or rewind live tv. I even reset my box again, but I’m still getting the message that my device doesn’t support either function. Do you have any other suggestions?

@XfinityNico I went to press rewind so that I could look for the error code, and magically it worked. Not sure why, but I can both rewind and pause now, so thanks for your help!
