XGV1v4 box

I also want to 'upgrade' to an XG1v4 - I have a EOL XG2v2-p - I submitted an exchange online with free shipping and got a non 4k box which I had to return.

 At the  local Xfinity store and they didn’t have this xg1v4 boxes.

how can I get the latest 4k equipment?
