XG2V2-P replaced my XG1v4

When troubleshooting what turned out to be a problem upstream and not with my equipment, the tech replaced my Arris DVR/TV box XG1v4 with a Pace XG2V2-P

It seems the XG2V2-P does not, as per the web page below have Pause and rewind 60 minutes of live TV

It has 20 minutes of live TV... BUT....  Moreover, it loses those 20 minutes randomly.  Like when you turn the TV off and then turn it right back on.  Or if you do just about anything like go to your streaming services.  My previous box did not do that.

So that's awful.

It is also much slower.  It takes like 30 seconds to pull up a show that is saved on the DVR.

I'm a 30 year customer and thinking that I've been ripped off.  I'm paying the same for a less functional critical piece of equipment. 

I am really unhappy.  I want my old box back.  In fact I tried to reach the tech later that same day and was told it was "gone".
