XG2v2 set top box

I have an XG2v2 settop box that repeatedly does not turn on hte HDMI port so TV screen is blank..If I unplug the HDMI cable from hte set top box and re-insert it, then TV screen works fine.  When i turn off the box and TV, the tv screen comes up black when turned back on with "no signal" error until i unplug the hdmi cable and re-insert it.  Any ideas?

Hello @netwizard2, thanks for reaching out to us through Forums! I am sorry to hear about the TV connection problems you're running into. We would love to help! Did this issue just start to occur out of nowhere, or as soon as you connected/hooked-up the box? Have you attempted to use another HDMI cable or replaced the box at all?

xfinity replaced the box...but happens with new box....poor quality.....doesn't do it with directv or dish boxes
