Keep asking for 1 and they keep sending  either the older 1080p box or the laggy xi6 I NEED the xg1v4 we had one before but stopped working and got replaced with a 1080p box by the tech and was assured this "new box" was 4k

Have you had a chance to check in-store to see if that model is available? When equipment is shipped, the warehouse sends whichever model is currently in stock at that time. We can look up a store for you to check if that model is available there, as supply is very limited for this specific model.
