XG1v4

My XG1v4 has been acting up for many months.  The DVR causes the box to crash most of the time, and I get frequent errors otherwise.  I only have one STB in the house and am running an XB8 in bridge mode.  I've been sent the older STBs instead but want a replacement 4k DVR STB.
