XG1v4

How can I receive a XG1v4 to replace the non-4K DVR box I already have?  I have several Xi6 small boxes and a new gateway but my DVR box is an older model.

The quickest option to get upgraded or even replacement equipment is always to stop into one of our [Xfinity Sevice Cetner](https://comca.st/2WXIZxq?) If you have any issues locating one at your local store or you are not able to make it in. I can definitly help get one sent out for you. On or about September 22 I tried to get an XG1v4 at my local Comcast store (Ballard neighborhood of Seattle) and was told the stores no longer have this equipment and it has to be ordered online.  I then found the same statement on the relevant Xfinity webpage.  So, I think the information in this answer is no longer correct.
