You will need to contact Comcast directly, or check with a local Xfinity store. That said, it seems as if Comcast is either in short supply or is trying to limit them as they are getting very hard to find. I think they want everyone to use Xi boxes.

Hi there, @user_2d5280! I definitely understand wanting to have a 4K box, they're very cool! @andyross is correct; the fact that they are so neat has definitely increased the demand a lot but we would be glad order one here. Please carefully review the information, limitations, and compatibility requirements for our 4k boxes that are outlined here: 4K Ultra HD (UHD) and High Dynamic Range (HDR) on Xfinity TV and after, you can send us a direct message if you would like, by using the following instructions:

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3in15Br

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/2VyuxM0 for an example.
