It never works they be telling me to unplug rebootvfor , years. Its not the tv the tv worked just fine in Florida my entire apt complex has the same [Edited: "Language"] issue. So all 300 need new tvs

On your box go to Settings then Privacy. Select Locally Stored Data and clear it.
This will log you out of all apps.
Reboot your box and it should be working again.
