XG1-A Box - Slow to respond, glitches
Remodeled our home and moved a seldomly used box (XG1-A) (used twice in five years) from a theater room to a family room where it used used daily. The box is terribly slow to respond, frequently won’t stream, and the remote is anything but user friendly. (Buttons require finger cramping pressure before they respond). The TV is 4K. (I presume this box serves as our DVR).
I want to get a better box. Which one is the newest and best?
