Xfinity
Xfinity obviously has no interest in fixing the problems with third party apps working efficiently on their cable boxes. I’ve tried everything including customer support updated equipment and no glory. The best thing you can do is cancel their cable service and use a Roku.

Hi there @user_87aa29, I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the Apps on our X1 TV box. This is not the customer experience we want for you. Can you tell us more details on the exact App you are having issues with and also the error message you are receiving?
