xfinity x1tv box

Updated our old tv boxes for the x1tv.  Connected both  tvs according to directions.  Have netflix   but no tv channels.  Can't get the new voice remote to work since we  can not get the box to connect.   Connections are done right.  Comcast does not do calls only online help that does not work. Impossible situation to fix.  Help!
