Have you tried any troubleshooting to help get this resolved?
@XfinityBrandon No error messages; the screen just goes black. Customer service rebooted several times but not still happens. I was scheduled for service call today but I postponed it for a week to see how often this happens so I have more information for the technician when he comes.
