xfinity x1 box not connecting to new Samsung tv

My new Samsung qled will not connect to my xfinity x1 box (or any of my xfintity boxes, I've tried several) The Samsung will connect to Apple TV and my blueray player.  I've tried new HDMI cables and sent signal refresh.  The error message is the same & says it's not powered on but clearly it is... any suggestions?  Also, I did download the xfinity beta app to watch tv, it works, however it freezes continuously...

Hello, @user_507897! I'm sorry to hear about the connection issues being experienced with your new Samsung TV. What is the model of the TV?

Have you also tried the Xfinity boxes on other TV's?

Hi! Thanks for your reply. It a 2021 65" QLED UHD Q60A 4K Smart tv.  The small xfinity box from another room worked with it. The X1 PX022ANC will not connect the picture or sound. I've even replaced the HDMI cable with a new one & the TV still says the box has no power but I know it does.  The X1 box will, however work on another smaller older Toshiba. How can I correct this so the X1 box will work with this new TV?

Thank you for these details! That little box is 4K Compatible which is why that one works; it sounds like your main box that you're trying to connect isn't 4K Compatible and the TV isn't accepting the feed. I would like to double check and make sure on our end, and I can help place an order for a 4K version as well! Please send me a Direct Message with the full name of the Account Owner and yourself, if different, as well as the full address on file.
