Xfinity support

Mid-July when launching Hbomax it returns APPS-04036 error code and immediately returns to current program. Doesn't go to hbomax profile selection.

Worked multiple times with AI support bot and those suggestions don't work.

I can successfully launch Hbomax through Xfinity from another tv and from other devices. I can also get to Hbomax on this tv if I bypass going through Xfinity. I found a forum mentioning it is related to the setbox. Please resolve issue promptly.
