Xfinity support

I purchased the movie, Wicked for Good, for $30 this morning. The movie will only play in Spanish, even though the description and trailer are in English. If I turn on the audio description, the movie plays in English but the entire movie is narrated. I would like the movie to play in English normally.

user_z0z8ya, This is something we are aware of, and we are working on a fix. In case you didn't see this, it has been recommended that saying "English Audio" into your voice remote, and the movie will play in English.

Same here! I tried absolutely everything and then I can’t get ahold of anyone to try to get a refund.

If you received a text when you purchased saying "thank you for your purchase" there should be somewhere that says "click here for any issues". You should be able to cancel the purchase and you'll get a credit to your account. But this is insane that a lot of people are having the issue, but nothing is being done about it!

That text takes you to the Xfinity Assistant which is no help.

I had the same issue, but went to “watch options” and switched to the SD as opposed to the HD version and it comes out in English. Gonna have to watch it in SD until they fix the issue.

Found fix on another forum. When movie starts say English audio into voice remote then turn of the audio description and it stays in English. Hope this helps!

user_khgokn Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Thank you for letting us know of this issue and we are sorry that it is taking place. We will notify our team to see if the glitch can be fixed as soon as possible. For what it's worth, another user suggests saying "English Audio" into your voice remote, and the movie will play in English. While this is not ideal, it does seem to be a valuable workaround while our team investigates this.
