New 4k X1 DVR keeps skipping and pixelating.  Need to troubleshoot.

Hi, @user_7jmdy0. Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well today. I see your DVR is giving you some trouble, which I'm sure has been a real headache. I know I would be a bit frustrated if a new set-top box I received isn't working as expected. Have you tried any troubleshooting so far? Does this happen on live TV, DVR recordings, and on-demand content? Did this start as soon as you activated the box, or start a bit after?
