Xfinity Support -work done at street last Tuesday September 1, there is a plant issue distorting tv every channel

[Edited: "Personal Information"], Line work done at street pole last Tuesday, September 1.  There is a plant issue as our tv picture on every channel has been distorted since then.  Can you have a truck roll to inspect the drop and connections.  I have rebooted and had the signal resent, all to to avail.  Picture continues to be distorted.  Also verified all cables are secure connections.  I am convinced the problem is at the pole at street.  Thanks, [Edited: "Personal Information"]
