Xfinity Support How to replace existing XiD-C with XG1v4 to support new 4k tv?

I recently replace my main Xfinity TV box with an XG1v4 to support coax/4K TV.  I would like to now also replace my office TV XiD-C box with another XG1v4 too.

Is this something that Xfinity Support can send me?
