Xfinity sent us an ARRIS XG1v3 DRV box - but, does it have LOCAL (non-Cloud) storage on it like our older 3 boxes?

Xfinity informed us that our 3 older Xfinity DVR boxes (and remotes) must be replaced as they are no longer supporting them after June 26, 2023.

We requested new DVR(s) and were shipped one ARRIS XG1v3 DRV box (plus two smaller boxes), and 3 new remotes as replacement.

BIG QUESTION:   Does this NEW box actually have LOCAL storage on it, NOT just "cloud" storage?  One Xfinity agent said, yes, you'll have up to 150 local hours on it, but, we haven't received a manual with specs yet.

WHY LOCAL STORAGE?   We get occasional LONG power outages; with local DVR storage, we fire up a generator and can still watch what we previously recorded.  Can't do that if the power is out - cloud storage inaccessible.

Our combined older DVRs provided over 300 hours of on-site, at home recording capabilities.  Cloud-only is NOT a good solution for us.

From my recent research, because I am facing the same issue, it turns out that the ARRIS XG1v3 DRV box and ARRIS XG1v4 DRV box are the only ones that have an internal hard drive with 150 hours of HD storage (500 GB).
