user_pbtvp1 Hi there! I'm sorry to read about the remote not controlling the volume on the TV. I have had that happen with a few remotes in the past when I needed to change the batteries and it became unpaired. I would love to help figure this out for us so you can have the easy control of the TV with a single remote.
Was the remote working for the TV volume previously? Does the remote turn the TV off and on?
