Xfinity has not been able to resolve a problem in years

I don’t think Xfinity has resolved an issue in years. Other than having us reset the box, unplug and restart, or check the WiFi, nothing has ever been resolved. This has been ongoing for years and they don’t seem to know their own product. They have replaced boxes that we have paid for, never given a credit for all the interrupted service and never fixed the problem for longer than 24 hours at a time. I really wish they would develop a cable and WiFi that was compatible with each other and that actually worked for once. And give refunds for all the times it does not.
