Xfinity cable box audio delay to soundbar

My audio is delayed from the cable box to my soundbar. The lips move about a whole second before the sounds come out. I've also noticed that this doesn't happen with other apps or when screen mirroring from my devices. Is there any fixes to this issue.

I have the native version 5.6.0 cable box device ID 155210148490725219. I'm using a Hisense model 65R6+ Roku TV. My soundbar is an Onn brand that I can't find the model number for.

Thank you for reaching out @Krneal2003. I am sorry to hear your sound  is not working at this time. I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Is your Roku up to date? I would start by rebooting your modem. Ensure that Roku is linked to the same network as your Xfinity device. Once confirm can you reset your Roku account credentials and re-login.
